Advising the Saint-Gatien Group on its acquisition of sole control of Groupe Saint-Joseph (Decision No. 25-DCC-30 of 7 February 2025)
Advising Monoprix in connection with the acquisition of exclusive control of 27 Monop’ retail businesses by SMD (Decision 25-DCC-216 of 24 September 2025)
Advising Ugolf on its acquisition of Blue Green (Decision No. 22-DCC-111 of 24 June 2022)
Advising the Duval Group in connection with its acquisition of sole control of Flower Holding (Decision No. 22-DCC-170 of 12 September 2022)
Advising the Orpea Group on its acquisition of sole control of the Sinoué Group (Decision 20-DCC-63 of 30 April 2020)
Advising the Casino Group in connection with the joint acquisition of a retail business, predominantly in the food sector, by Soditroy alongside the Association des Centres Distributeurs E. Leclerc (Decision 20-DCC-116 of 28 August 2020 – the first prohibition of a merger by the French Competition Authority)
